I'm on my way to your room
I tell the doorman, "I'm not here to see you"
He says, "You'll have to excuse
Me for being so rude, I'm just lonely"
My eyes see just through the crack
The light which guides me warns me not to turn back
The TV's turned to the quacks
The whole hospital staff, they say welcome home
It’s been a long afternoon
But now I’m with you
And nothing can touch us here
Your blankets and all your photos on the wall
Seem to amuse me
So I’ll write this down, when I see you
I've never felt more at home
When I'm in your room, I am never alone
Even if you're on the phone
Or if you’re on the road, it’s still perfect here
I won't see you much after June
I'm feeling summer's warmth will start to renew
The spark between me and you
And we'll start to believe in a true harmony
I'll believe in a true harmony with you
