Wie gehts? Wow everything is really good right now. Im not too sure whats going in ap, hopefully all is well! Hm nothing really new here. Ive been going out a lot. Last weekend was motorcross festival, that was flipping awesome, carnival is going on this week, so I went to that last night, tried some real German beer, it was repulsive, Ill stick to the my usual. Today was fun, my fraund nick and I got completely lost and ended up near the Neterlands because we took the wrong bus, let me tell you, that was an adventure. School has been good, lots of really cool people there, we dont pay attention, just spit spit balls the whole day, yesterday we took a field trip to the zoo, it was boring though because it was my second time being there and you can only see zebras and pet ostriches so many times before it gets lame, buuuut I couldnt leave early with everyone because Auuudrey and Jeff were off in their own world. Anyways, everything is going perfectly, Jeff is having a sleep over at his house this weekend so I have that to look forward to, theres a beach disco on saturday (if you wear your beach wear you get a free half jug of beer!), Im going to Paris, Amsterdam, and Berlin in the next couple of weeks. I talked to Mona on the phone and sheäs going to come visit me. Hmm what else is newww, ohh Im at my new host family now, they are so awesome, I really lucked out. Tomorrow I go to get my new mobile, so as soon as I get the number for it, Ill let you all know it. Sorry I havnt really called anyone, Im not home that often and by the time I do get home its very late and I need to get at least a couple hours of sleep for langauge camp the next day, but langauge camp is over in a week and a half and then I dont have regular school until September 9th, so Ill be calling you all. Oh I have excellent news, there is a tanning salan around the block from me!! How exciting, and a gym, so I got a membership there, so that way I can get buff and beat up all the rapist German boys up. My host family is really cool, theres two boys, Ive met alot of new people through the older brother, hes a nice guy. theyre obsessed with soccer here, so Im going to a soccer game this sunday. Im going shopping thursday with the gals and then working on our stupid project for school.
I swear to gosh they carbonate everything here, their water tastes soooo funny, its all bubbly and stuff, so I stick to the faucet, so they all think that its gross that I drink out of it.
I made a fool out of myself about a week ago. I was trying to tell my host mom and sisters (at my old house) that I needed to go to sleep. The German word for sleep sounds like schlofin. My old family didnt speak english, so I tried telling them I had to go to sleep but I accidently said shlompa, which sounds similiar only it means slut. So I kept saying 'ich shlompa, ich shlompa!' They just looked at me like I was crazy then got out the dictionary and told me what I was saying...heh oops
