Divergent Casting
So, I'm not sure how many people care, or if anyone here has even read the Divergent series... but I've been reading lately that they have already started casting for the Divergent movie, but nothing has been finalized yet.
Shailene Woodley (The Secret Life of the American Teenager) is probably going to be cast for Tris Prior, which I have no problem with because she is a great actress and I think she could actually pull off a bad-ass chick who can take down an entire faction!
However...
Alexander Ludwig as Four/Tobias is just speculation and nothing is officially being said about it, but I will really be upset if he gets the part. He is absolutely nothing like I picture Four and I just can't fathom him being playing the part of this complicated character very well. If you're curious, he played Cato in The Hunger Games, and yes, I think he did a great job there. But I think he's just after the part of Four because Divergent is going to be the next big thing after The Hunger Games.
I can't wait until the final list of the cast is revealed!!
