I HATE Best Buy. I hate their stupid answering service, which will put you on hold for over an hour at a time, then "accidentally" disconnect you when you finally do get a person. I had a whole rant about it a couple years ago here, when they screwed up my old computer, screwed up the data transfer, and sold me a defective computer. I chopped up my Best Buy credit card so I would never be tempted to use it again.

Never, ever, never again.
