*blows the dust off*

I haven't updated this thing in awhile. You'd think that because of that simple fact, I'd have like, tons to say... but I just don't. I guess I could update you on what's new with me lately...

Let's start with... Elinon. Elinon is great. I love Elinon. We're really doing well, our player base slowly grows, I have no complaints. Any of you reading this who haven't tried it yet, you really should. We now feature a responsive realm, which is just uberly cool. In those other games, if you're just standing around, then that's it. You're just standing around. In Elinon, you never know what could happen. Wolves leaping from the forest, pariahs and apparitions creeping from the darkness, giants storming through town, club a-swingin'; the possibilities are endless.

Real life... is interesting lately too, I guess. School is school, nothing really that great to report. I do proudly carry a 3.92 GPA, so that's pretty awesome. Should graduate in September, unless I decide to switch my program. Doing so will add another three quarters. *le sigh*

The holidays were pretty good, I suppose. Christmas was a blast, as per usual. My brother's girlfriend got just... overly drunk at my Grandmother's house Christmas Eve, and decided to announce to the entire family that my baby brother is, in fact, "fuckin' great in bed". Wonderful. Oh, and did I mention "well endowed"? Yeah. I'll never be able to look my brother in the eye, ever again.

It was our first Christmas without my grandpa, (he died on April Fool's Day, go figure) so that was kinda sucky. He always wore this funny Santa hat, every Christmas, for as long as I can remember... and it was propped neatly on a picture of him, displayed for all to see. I realize my grandma thought it'd make it easier, but I think it did the opposite. We did kind've a cool thing though, for him. I have a fairly good sized family, and each of us had a helium balloon, either red or green. Everyone in the family wrote a little note to grandpa and sent the balloons up to him at midnight. Yeah, kinda hokey, but I thought it was great.

New Year's Eve! This year was actually probably the best New Year's I've had in a loooong time. I have this friend, Dan, since... gods. Before high school. Well, he moved to Minnesota over 4 years ago, and I haven't seen him since. He ended up coming to town and called me up... so I dragged him to this New Year's Eve party with me. It was simply superb. When we were in high school, it was always Ben, Dan, Karen, and myself. This New Year's was like a reunion. Sans Ben, sadly. But Karen was there, and Dan, so it was just... great. New Year's Day, for those of you who don't already know, was my birthday, so having Dan around for it was like the icing on the cake. Sad when I put him on the bus back to Minnesota, but he's moving home soon. Yay.

Guess that's it. Love you all... and... PLAY ELINON!
