[So, Harley has been making the best of her time here in Vertiline. She's found allllll kinds of neat things after a bit of unsupervised wandering. Did you just feel a chill run down your spines? 'Cause, it wouldn't be a bad thing to be a bit alarmed.
You see, Harley located .. the armory.

Can ya believe how outdated this stuff it? Man, Lisa wasn't even foolin', even if she's from the future. I mean, this doo-hickey is old fashioned even for my time.
Anyhoo .. I just wanna give a big ole Harley thanks ta the broads and bozos that made this possible! This place ain't no Gotham, but it sure is awful nifty. It's like one of them retro getaways they offer late night on channel ninety-nine, ya know?
[There is a muffled snorting grunt in the background. Harley coos in delight and takes up that sickening baby-voice some mothers get over their children .. or pets.]
Ooooooo, how could Mama forget about her widdle Groucho, huh?
[You hear that sound, boys and girls? That's the sound of Harley smooshing the cheeks of and smooching her adorable capybara, Groucho.]
Yer Mama's little snookums, ain't ya? Ya-huh. Such a cute widdle bayyybeeeee.
[She gets a bit louder, apparently talking to the communicator and all of you guys again.]
An' my widdle Fluffy-kins ain't even the best part! Did ya know that these mooks are givin' weapons away? Just like that! No paperwork, no twenty-four hours hold on handguns .. No passing 'Go' ta collect two-hundred dollars! GIVIN' 'EM AWAY! I was feelin' a bit antsy, but now I got myself all set up an' right as rain! Ya should see the effort that smithy schmuck will put in with just a bat'a the eye an' a few 'thank ya's' tossed in for extra measure!

[She pauses abruptly in her laughter to poke at Groucho.]

[She begins to laugh again, only this time it's joined by a wheezy like sound. Yes. Harley has taught her new pet to laugh. The feed cuts off on that bizarre duet.]
