seven treasures {cloney'd} [VIDEO/VOICE]
[My, this is almost a familiar sight by now. The video feed clicks on as the communicator his the concrete and bounces, the image spinning wildly before it comes to a rest on it's side. As it slows to a stop a booted foot can be seen giving black-comprised something -- either a Shadow or a small Oni -- a very hard punt, sending it flying. There's silence after that aside from Fuuma's harsh breathing and the sound of something skittering away, but after a moment Fuuma suddenly starts to move, all but scrambling for the communicator and snatching it up with a bloodied hand.]
[Then he breaks into a run, stride a bit uneven, and continues like that for several more moments -- about two blocks -- before abruptly slowing to a stop, finding a wall to leaning against and then sliding down into a sitting position. The image goes dark before much can be seen as Fuuma claps his free hand around the camera lens, though he can still be heard breathing and speaks after a moment.]
Huh. Guess this makes me a hypocrite.
[Another moment of silence, and then the image starts to shake again before suddenly switching to voice.]
[VOICE]
Hey. If anyone is in or near the shopping district, keep an eye out and... and you're probably better off just heading home now. There's a really nasty breed of Oni prowling around; pretty sure it's one of those Malice monsters. Had a sword...
Anyway, be careful. I managed to distract it, but I'm not really eager to test how long it's gonna stay distracted, so no promises on how long that'll work.
[Another stretch of silence, and then a weak laugh.] That was a good kick, though.

(OOC: Backdated to late afternoon/early evening on Saturday. Fuuma got on the wrong end of Malice'd Cloney and while he's fortunately not bleeding to death, he didn't exactly get away unharmed.)
