A ruin. Everything went to hell nearly a decade ago, and then the acid rain started up. By the time I left, only the Tokyo Tower and the government building were still standing, and the Tower didn't have much time left before it eroded enough to fall. None of surface or rain water was safe to drink, either, so everyone had to rely on the underground reservoirs.
