The death of a dynasty?
Well... Plain and simple we got beat. I cant really figure it out...

Actually I know exactly what happened. Im never one to go off on judges blah blah blah they dont like us blah blah blah and that stuff. But its pretty obvious what happened today. The judge panel was pretty divided on what was going on... We had 2 judges put is in first and 1 put us in third. But that doesnt bother me, I can understand the color guard losing, I can see the drum majors not winning, Apparently Bob Jones's drumline was the shit so thats fine. I can even see us losing the band caption because our show is pretty hard to perform in a clean manner (massive curving arcs + freshmen that dont really know what the hell is going on = bad) so im fine with that... We only lost by 3/10 of a point anyway. We watched the tape on the way home, and honestly we did the best we could/will do this year. But what irks me is the fact that the spangles lost. And they have never lost. As long has the Spangles have been around they have always won... Always... Even if the band didnt win the Spangles did. Pretty anti-climatic way to end your high school band days... Oh well we still got concert band. And as long as we dont somehow grenade ourselves at district/state we will be the first and only class (for the next two years at least) to go through Homewood with straight 1's in concert band. The Rose Parade wasnt bad either...
All in all today was pretty shitty, I could have stayed in bed minus the first hour of the day or so.
Oh well. I did get a 12Pack of Jone's Green Apple Soda... I also hit Sarah with a shopping cart... That was fun too.
