the stories we tell ourselves to make everything okay...
apparently he was in the house that got busted, but we don't even know if he had drugs, but he was there, so he was arrested, and grandpa bailed him out, but he is being held because delaware county has the warrant for his arrest from a few years ago, that he never fixed... so they're waiting to transfer him from philly to delco, then he'll have to go to court and face the music from a few years ago. i hope he wasn't using drugs, and i hope that it was a good warning for him to stay clean... but ultimately who really knows...
and the story i tell myself today to make everything okay, is that he is okay- he was just in the (very) wrong place at the wrong time...
God please help my dad find the help he needs, help him find a church, and help him get connected with people that are serving you... and i pray that everything he's worked hard for for the past two years wouldn't be down the drain... I pray that you would still protect him with his job... please Lord- i can't handle much more of this...
