Last Tuesday of Summer.
Shooooot. Not only am I totally unprepared, but I'm considering switching all my classes around, which will really suck. Now, I've been trying to keep track of this whole Gay-Marriages-Are-Not-Constitutional thing since Canada made it legal (Canada Rules! ahem). It is just me, or is it a little hypocritical to A) Try to pass a law or amend the Constitution so that gay marriages are not legal, and then B) Say you are a Good Christian and believe in tolerance and that we, as Americans, should accept gays and lesbians. What the hell is the big deal anyway? 52% of people think same-sex marriages should be made illegal! Is that wrong, or is it just me? It's not like by allowing it, we're saying hetero-marriages will be seen as unconstitutional. It just doesn't add up. America sucks.
Sorry. Venting is done with. Will now go and read Uncle Tom which will probably lead to me needing to vent again.
Freashman year was fun, in a lot of ways. It was new. Sophomore year was not as fun. And it did, in fact, suck in a lot of ways. Junior year is supposed to be the hard one. Will we have time for fun? Will I be able to balance school and a job? Some how I don't think so, but I'm going to try anyway.
