i hurt myself

playing basketball on monday with the kids at work..
i decided to twist my ankle underneath the hoop in between the crevace of the asfault and concrete

on my right foot, i have a stress fracture, bone contusion, and a sprain on both sides.

sucks dont it.

i go in friday morning to see if i need a cast when the swelling goes down.. for the fracture.
