have you ever stopped to think about your life? about what you want to do with it, or how the decisions you make now could either effect you later on or not even matter? i mean seriously think, your whole future could be determined about what you do today. fate? yeah fate, some belief that what you do now will effect your future. most of you dont care what happens to you now and you just want to have fun and live life to the fullest. for the most part i agree. who cares what you do now, your just growing up, you need to find yourself and have fun now before its too late and you're over powered with responsibilities that become to stressful. well, think about this. why does your life usually get even more stressful? could it be because when your too busy growing up, your not paying attention to your education, to what really is the key to success. well now i know that achieving to the best of your ability is usually pretty hard. its difficult trying to remember everything and get everything done. but trying isnt always gonna get you that A. so you might think, then why bother? because, you have to care. you need to find your strengths and weaknesses now so that you know what your good at and know what you enjoy and can or cannot do. why? because, this is gonna effect the person you are when you grow up. do you know what job or career you want to pursue when your out of college? if you dont then you need to try new things and learn about more so you can find out. if you do then you need to work harder to get yourself there. we all have goals in life, whether big ones, like a career, or a little one, like finishing a puzzle. well, i have been thinking almost all day about life. life is a puzzle. it takes time to find all the pieces and put them in the right spot. you start out with a box. when you open it theres just a broken puzzle, and its up to you to put it together. wow, what an analogy. so when you find yourself in the worse situations and when your down the most you feel like giving up, dont. its not worth it. you've come so far. just pick up the puzzle and take a few pieces out, look at it. think about what you can do to fix it, what makes it right, and how can you fix it? corny i know, but seriously, life is a puzzle. theres a thousand pieces to it and they all belong somewhere. it just takes time to figure these things out and get them done. sure, maybe a few of you are thinking this is completely pointless and i dont care about this. well you dont have to agree with me, you dont have to think about your life. im just sharing what i think and what i realized. just stop and look at yourself. have you ever looked at some pictures of you and compared them. its amazing how much you have changed since you were younger. your probably not even the same person. you might look like a totally new person. i know im not the same. i have changed since even last year. so lets see, after 4 packs of juicy fruit i have come to the conclusion the life is full of stress and it basically kinda sucks. you have to work hard to get anywhere, and if you slack off you might just fuck up everything. life is full of surprises and you have to enjoy most of them. fate is a big part. fate is how you meet that special someone you hopefully get to spend the rest of your life with, its how you become who you are. if you dont stop to laugh about some of the stupid mistakes you've made, then your never going to enjoy anything. your gonna have bad days. everyone always does. you know those days when you just want to stay in bed and sleep. well, you gotta wake up sometime, and make the best of it. who knows something amazing might happen.
one of the best books i have ever read is "The Meaning of Life" by Bradely Trevor Grieive. now, i hate reading but this book is really short and every page has pictures. its just one of those books that make you think and smile. you can get it downtown at the card and gift shop. it just has questions about life that make you think. so i shall leave you with a quote from the book:
"We all have filters on, so we mostly see only what we want to see. When you finally open your eyes, you may be shocked at the obscured way you have been viewing the world to suit your own little plans. With those filters removed, you can take a closer look into yourself and ask objective questions about the universe and your place in it. In other words, investigate the meaning of life."
