The song didn't play on speakers, it was hooked to a short range FM transmitter. The guy put a sign up on the road telling passersby to tune in to listen; that way it could play nonstop at night and not bother anybody.

Of course, to hear the whole thing, you have to sloooowwww doooowwwwnnnn, because it is, well, a short range transmitter. Plus, there's all those nifty lights to look at. = horrible congestion. eventually also = at least one minor traffic accident.

Ah, thank you for clearing that up. I don't suppose you know where you learned that from? A friend is convinced the video is a fake, and I need to proove otherwise.
