Isn't it amazing that as you grow older, you notice more things and realize how sheltered you are?
A couple of years ago, I came home from church to find that my dog had been run over. At the time, I thought some random passerby did it. Tonight at my adopted cousin's coming home party, I learn that my old neighbor did it. Of course my parents told me he cried over it and he didn't want me and Brianna to hate him forever, so I understand the reasons for not telling us. It's still sad though...especially my adopted cousins (lol) crude way of telling how I went outside after I found out and screamed...and he described the red mound on the road. Does anyone blame a little girl for screaming when she finds out her dog has just died? I think it quite understandable...
But yeah, after that little story...I am exhausted. I will have to wake up really early almost every morning this week...which means I'll be extra tired. I already have an overload of homework...and I'm sure there's more to come. Anyone else think this is totally unfair for the 2nd week of school? Let's get a club together! lol...leave a supercalafragalisticexpiealadocious (that word from Mary Poppins) one!
