(no subject)
just a quick note to let everyone know i gave birth to my gorgeous little boy on the 7th of january. he is very healthy and happy and we are both doing well. He weighed in at 8lbs14 0z (one oz short of 9lb!) or 4.060kg and was 53cm at birth. It ended up that I had to be induced and I laboured mostly naturally (only used gas!) for about 7hours. His name is Elliott James Synnott and we love him more than words can describe. He's currently laying accross my chest sucking on my neck because he wants a feed! I'm breastfeeding him and that's going very well too but is quite painful at the moment.. but I will persevere, it's what's best for him.
