I genuinely don't understand how there can be people who don't like to read. I mean, really. How is that possible?

I can understand not liking to read certain things. Personally I picked up Regulating Wall Street today, and while the pace I'm reading it is slow as molasses on a winter's day, and not a particularly interesting subject to me, I ( Read more... )

I don't get it either, reading can be so relaxing and soothing. Plus, when you add a cup of tea to the mix? It's just extra nice.

Exactly! And if it's the weekend you can add a couple cookies, or something. I love curling up and reading near a window if it's raining. So relaxing.

I'm guilty of adding cookies to it even if it isn't the weekend. Heh.
I love reading by the window when it's raining, well either that or walking around in the rain, both are relaxing in my mind.

I have in the past, but I'm trying to be a good girl now.

Oh! Yes walking in the rain is great, too. I just like the way the rain sounds when it's either hitting against the window pane, or the fabric of the umbrella. It's great.

I try to be good but my Mom makes the best cookies ever so it's really hard.

I usually forget an umbrella, but yes, I love the sound of rain on the streets. :)

I have to make my own, so I just make sure to make them on Saturday morning.

I like walking without one when it's warm rain. But only if it's summer and bright out, otherwise it looks like you're one of those emos.

That's a good plan, what kind do you usually make?

Heh, I grew up with one of 'those emos', well I guess technically he's goth but that's where I get my love for walking in the rain. Even if it's cold out it's still nice, cleansing and refreshing.

All sorts. I'm going to make red velvet ice cream sandwiches this weekend, I think.

They always sort of weirded me out so I avoided them, not that we really had any at my school. I get cold if it's cold out.

Mmmmmm that sounds really good, I'm jealous now.

I can't speak for all of them but my friend Jono isn't so bad once you get to know him, he can be a little dramatic sometimes but he's got a big heart and is actually really funny. I find it's nice to be all cold and then come inside where it's all warm and what not.

I hope it is. I want to test them so I can make sure they're alright for Valentines day.

OH! Jono! I know him. He has nuggets of woe. And I like that. Being cold and then coming inside. And that's why I love winter.

Oh yeah? Making them for your boyfriend/girlfriend or something?

Heh nuggets of woe, that's a good one. Yeah that's him, he's my best friend. I like winter too, but my favorite season is probably fall because of all the leaves.

Well if they turn out alright I'll hopefully be sharing them with my boyfriend, but we just started dating, and just made it official yesterday, so like, I don't know if he'll want to even do anything.

Nah. I'm not such a huge fan of fall. It's nice, but I definitely like winter better. Though winter with a lot of snow.

I'm sure he'd want to do something with you, I mean, look at you. So how does one make things 'official' by the way? I've always been curious about that.

Winter and snow is good, I like winter because then I get to go ice fishing with my Dad.
