I'd just been thinking how S3 gave us so much of the rest of the hunting world, and now S4 has insulated the boys again, with only Travis to show anything else going on. So I LOVE this look at how Bad Things are happening all over the place, and hunters elsewhere are forced to deal with it.
And a stroke of brilliance to put Ellen and Pam together. Oh, could you imagine the two of them in the same episode?? Ssssssssssssssmokin'! *g* Plus I've always liked Jo, so it's awesome to imagine her on a black bike, all hunterly and grownup. Hee!
Last but not least - ASH! *flails* I do miss him so...
Thank you for this. You just made me smile so big! *HUGS!*
Glad you liked it! Yes, the Hunter world lost twenty of their own that night, but I was not going to let it be the Harvelle women! I'm so glad I made you smile.
I really enjoyed this. Nice to see some of the side characters that Kripke has abandoned this season and you relate it all so nicely to the new season. :)
I miss Ellen and Jo fiercely, and really enjoyed the way you re-envisioned the "Are You There, God? It's Me, Dean Winchester" story to include them (as well as Ash and Pamela). The ending with Ash nearly made me cry.
