Somebody please help me figure out how to explain to my girlfriend that I may or may not have hypothetically killed her best friend because he outed my psychological diagnosis of Anti-Social Personality Disorder and tried to get her to leave me?

I mean, she has Dependent Personality Disorder and she's really clingy and needy with me. We can work with this, right?
