Then raised his hand like he was gonna smack me.
And has been sexually harassing Sophia all week.

Probably not much you can do about him calling you that unless you have an employee handbook proscribing that type of conduct. Even if you do have a handbook, verbal abuse needs to be dealt with by the employer.

However, raising a hand and intending someone to believe that he or she will be hit is called assault. It's a tort, not a breach of a civil right. You can sue for it, but you'll have to pay a lawyer. If the conduct is really egregious, you *might* be able to get your local Legal Aid involved.

Okay well... Thus far he's had other complaints from past employees and NOW he is harrassing and mistreating all three inside sales reps (us 3 girls). Today Sophia is at work alone and everytime he calls into the office he says "hey goodlooking". The girls carrys MACE cause she's scared of the dude.
