Suddenly i got the urge to blog ! The last post was during half a year ago ? Since i am on MC today, decided to update abit although nobody read my blog. heheh, To make my blog more lively a bit ? lol
I guess i got alot of things to voice out but i don't know where should i start from. Working was pretty fine maybe 2 days out of 5 days? Sometimes, i don't really feel happy working there. The people over there do not have any time management, no standard SOP and the best part, they are highly expert taiji masters ! They don't admit to their mistakes even if its their fault, what they usually do is to push the blame around. No time management because they alway want people to do thing at the very last minutes. For example, the boss needs this report by tmr morning and she will only walk over & give it to you like today 5pm. Best part, we knock off @ 6pm, mind you.
Seriously i don't mind staying back and finish my work as long its not that late like 10pm ? But damn it, i don't get any OT fee when i stay after 6pm you know. So now i'll try to get my ass out of the office @ 6pm sharp, if not the most i am going to stay till like 7pm plus. The boss won't appreciate me anyway -.- To her,only managers are visible. If there's any event / meeting / brainstorming, she will inform the whole team. The whole team : managers & executives. Assistants are not part of the team. But no worry, i am not the only one who feel this way. She's sort of bias i must say.
I remembered clearly what i was being advised about my job scope when i came in, but now, what i am doing is completely more than what is being advised. I am just a mainly CRM assistant when i first came in and now my position is CRM assistant cum any other bao ga liao things. My work loads increase, but did my pay ? Strictly NO ! I don't even know if i have been confirmed by the company after my 6 months probation because nobody gets back to me ! I really don't know what is the manager & admin / finance side doing !
Previously before the POS roll out, i was doing member data entry, point adjustment, info updates, redemption, filing, sample tracking. It was really PEACE if no customers were to call & kick up a fuss.
And now ; after POS have been rolled out , i am doing point adjustment, info updates, redemption, filing, sample tracking, weekly sell-out tracking (sales side), Raising of PO (Finance side) - takes up at least 2-3 days, collection of uniform by bcs (training side). See ! I am doing jobs from all over the depts, and soon i need to take over most of the reports from my executive. Tell me, how to survive like this ? Sigh ! Now its July, 4 more months to end of my contract. I hope they will offer me a higher & better pay, if not i have to hunt for another job which i detest it alot !
Cat was asking me the other day if i want to go over Perth & visit jess during Sept as she has a one week leave. Of course i was excitied about it but you know, Oct is the busiest month of the year as we have a few events going out such as christmas party. I have not get back an answer from my manager but heard from exec that it might not get approve.Well, no choice then if my leaves are not going to be approved. We shall wait for the good news.
Anyway, we had a mini mdis gathering last night @ Tan Quee Lan street having steamboat. Supposingly about 10 of us should be attending but at the very last min only 6 attended. Neverthless, we still had a good time (:
Now they are planning to organise a chalet maybe during Aug or Sept. Hopefully more people will attend . haha
Other than work, life is still okay as usual.
