Bad day !
i really had a bad day today. talk of it makes my blood boil sia . TMD!
This morning was alright, as per normal, even received compliment from one of my customer. I don't know if this is a trend or curse, after compliment will sure receive complain. But before i go onto the complain ba, there's even more interesting thing that happened.I received one call from this lady who addressed herself as Ms Tan. She enq on the products so i adviced her accordingly, if based on feature wise, she've to check with the manufacturer and i even gave her the number to call.So everything was okay and i went for lunch.
When i came back from lunch, i was shocked that this cust looked for me again, so i called her back on her cell phone. She picked up and said "i'll call you back now using my house phone" so okay i waited. Someone transfer her over to me, she enq on the same thing again, and i've to repeated myself over again. After a few mins, she said " i called you back in 3 mins time okay? my hand is dirty, i go search for my phone. So i got no choice but to agree. I waited and waited. Then Harish transfered the call to me , and again she straight away said" you gave me 3 mins i called you back again, my hand is wet cannot search for my cell phone". WTH?!? if her hand is wet, then why she still want to call and look for me?
i started to sense something is wrong. She called and called but couldn't get me on the line as i was engaged with another cust. By the time i finished the conversation with my customer, i realised i received 4 callbacks from the cust. DO YOU THINK SHE'S CRAZY?The staffs were also dumb, keep on sending, as if they send more than 1, i will release the call with my current cust and call her back. So i decided to call her back and see what the hell she's up to. Like what i've expected, she said the same thing again, " i call you back again in 3 mins, my hand is wet. I was damn fucking pissed off. She's just trying to play a prank on me. This goes on for like 4 hours? i check on the records and she called in more than 30 times , wanting to speak to me.
I told Rani about it and she called that Ms Tan back, asking what is her issue about since she kept on looking for me. She just say "oh nothing specific" damn retarded right?
After that she still continued to call, and finally some new happened. She told the staff she wants to speak to me but nothing specific. how come today she received so many calls from our company? wtf ? i think she's really serious ill in the mind. Keep on looking for me, ask me call her back, then she always 3 min 3 min. Is even worst than mr quee sia, =.= i call until i tulan.
Already very tulan liao, then the next customer actually complained me being unhelpful and rude.He wants to buy the products but with a lower rate, cut short, he should just ask any promotion for this product, true anot? but he kept on beating around the bush, asking ay benefits and i don't even understand what the fuck he talking about. i wasn't being rude at all, if not i would have just hang his call. motherfucker! Still what doctor nurse. Better don't let me find the place, if not i'll go decorate for you.Rich so?
Really spoil my day. I don't know why im so unlucky today, i even wonder will i fall into the drain when im going home. lol
Although im not a "ban dang" person, just feel that after going to a wake last night, bad things start to happen. Hope tml will be a better day. sigh .
anyway went to mom's best friend's husband funeral wake last night @ west coast. Felt weird la, cause alot of my mom's friends - 3 gu 6 po all suddenly appeared, machem like some gathering. i find them very weird because they hardly show up for any dinner gatherings or what, only appear when things happened.
i hope uncle rest in peace. Used to see him everything when i was back in Bethany, and he's someone who i often see since young. sigh. this is part and parcel of life.
