Plumbing update
We knew the house wasn't great shakes when we bought it but damn it all to hell and back. Who would think to look and see if the tub on the tenant side is draining directly onto the ground under the house? Ditto our washing machine. I hope the person who sold us this POS is rotting in some grave somewhere. If I knew where it was I'd go shit on their grave since I am currently unable to do same in my own home.l
