Growing up in Holland, people don't get to experience earthquakes, EVER..
..so I might just have wasted my only chance; I managed to sleep right through one! I went to bed at 11, which is normally midnight/1ish, and I must have been really tired because, according to Rachel, it all got really scary for a few seconds around 1am. My mum texted me this morning - which she never does because she hates it really - as the 'English' earthquake had been on the Dutch news. I get to the undergrad lecture our Dickens man made us go to and simply EVERYONE is talking about it. I haven't been so gutted in ages. Insomniacs are lucky.
