...which I walked past, this morning on my way to work (On 34th between 7th & Broadway), for a clothing brand called
Plugg Jeans. The poster was notable for 2 reasons. First, the girl and guy pictured were quite attractive - not a big deal, as models usually are - but the photo was pretty well done. Second, they both had ink. This too is not as big of a deal as it used to be. The interesting thing about that was the type and amount of it. The guy had a relatively small tattoo on his left arm. The girl, on the other hand, had a sleeve covering most of her right upper arm and shoulder. This is quite interesting, as, in the past, a woman with a significant amount of ink wasn't considered "hot", but an oddity.

She is hot. Really hot. I think the ink just adds to it.
For all of the overly conservative things happening in our society, I do take some joy in the fact that there is less of a negative social connotation to some aspects of body modification.
If people could only lighten up about more things, this would be a happier place in which to live.
