A small pixie-like girl stands in front of him. Before he can act, she speaks - "You've kept me waiting a long time," she says. Can it be that she doesn't want to fight him? Does that mean he can trust her? Ever the gentleman, he replies - "I'm sorry, Ma'am."
For the first time in years he feels hope, as she takes his hand in hers. Gales of forever un-felt emotions wash over him, all coming from her. Her golden eyes twinkle as she leads him away. Into the un-known, yet he doesn't feel scared. Just content…happy. Kindness and love revolve around their entwined hands.
Like pieces of a puzzle they fit together, perfect only in each other. Maybe someday they'll find the others they are searching for, but for the moment he is content, as is she. Never are they apart.
