so, let's sum up the last week, shall we?
a fun week, indeed.
monday - after work in the city with Brian, he dropped me off to shower and get changed, and then katie & jill came over. they were both wearing black and white, so i changed into black and white. white pants and a black polo and a white necklace. my beastly chest hair was showing. pretty hott if you ask me. bri came to pick us up and we went to KOP to shop til we dropped. spent my $30 express gift card to buy a $60 outfit. a good deal. half off if you think about it. then made a stop at Urban Outfitters to purchase my "EVERYONE LOVES AN ITALIAN BOY" tee. they didnt have mediums. so i tried on a small and a large. small - a tad too tight. large - a tad too loose. i was gonna get the large, but i messed up and took the small by accident. oh well, ill lose weight. and besides, its not THAT tight. i still look damn good. went home, i was sick, but katie & jill felt it necessary to still come in. bri did, too, but he knew that i didnt want company. we discussed the next day. best friends can read each other's minds. and out of all the men in the world - STRAIGHT, gay, bi, METRO, black, WHITE, JEWISH, Christian - he's my favorite!
tuesday - after work in the city with Brian, we went to Mastercuts in the mall to get my hair cut. looks good. but next time, im just gonna get it trimmed up cuz... that's right, folks. shaggy hair for college. oh man. im excited. then on our way leaving the mall, i saw sarah b working! i ran in and hugged her and we talked a bit and we planned to hang out during the weekend. after the hair cut, rushed home cuz bridge and steph were coming over to watch Pumpkin. a movie about a retarded boy and a sororiety girl that fall in love. could life get any better? honestly? "you raped my son! you slut! you whore! you prostitute!"
wednesday - after work in the city with brian, rushed home to get ready for the night i was looking most forward to. showered, got dressed, cologned myself til i couldnt be cologned any longer. mini golf with gabe, ash, and bridget. HOWEVER - ashley lied to her dad about working and when he found out, he punished her. whatever. aka - she was my ride and gabe's ride. best night of the week - CANCELLED
thursday - directly after work in the city with Brian, me & Big Pimp (My daddy!) drove to Shippensburg to stay in our hotel so we could be bright and shining and awake in the AM for orientation! turns out the hotel made a boo-boo and we were stuck either in one bed together or on the smoking floor. i said, "ill take 2 beds, thanksss...." so smoking floor it was. we put our bags in the room and BP got a shower and we were off to find a good restaurant. we went to some little thing but when we walked in, everyone stared at me. (i was looking cute, by the way. but OBVIOUSLY gay. in my denim jacket and faded jeans and tight EVERYONE LOVES AN ITALIAN BOY tee) so i whispered to BP, "dad... they dont like gay people here... lets run away" so we went to the restaurant in the hotel. after dinner, i told him i wanted to walk to CVS to buy ice cream, but the walk was longer than we expected, so we just stopped at some WAWA-type gas station and bought some beverages. flavored water. yummm. then on the way back to the hotel, i talked with a british accent and gave him a tour of the hick town i call "Shippensburg." at the hotel, he fell asleep and i read GOSSIP GIRL (<~ AMAZING!!) and watched "TRUE LIFE: I'M GAY AND GETTING MARRIED" then off to bed for me.
friday - woke up @ 6:30 to be at SHIP @ 7:30, got my pics taken for my ID... i blinked... twice. and then went to a plethera of assembly things. saw hope. we stuck together. im glad i had someone i knew, do NOT get me wrong, but at the same time, i feel i used her as a crutch and i wish i would have talked to people more. it's ok, tho. as long as i dont do that with the 4 day orientation, i can use that as my chance to make new friends. but anyway - back to fun times with hope: people bingo - i had only 2 left! quite upset i didnt win, lets be honest. hope had 4 left. hahaha. "the ultimate road trip" turned out to be "the ultimate barney episode" - im not even kidding. cheesy + boring + a lame attempt at a "apprentice" parody = THE ULTIMATE ROAD TRIP. kill me now if this is a preview of the college of my choice. after a brief visit to the CUB and purchasing a cute zip SHIP hoody, it was the ride home. stopped @ BK and indulged myself with the ANGUS - holla - and then Johanna came over!!!! I missed her so much! I haven't seen her since Stacey's party and that wasn't even very long, so - yea - i missed her! We watched the Anything Goes video and Anna Nicole Smith's Bermuda Vacation! yesss! Could life get any better?
saturday - work at chuck e. cheese 330-1030 with liz, and then sleepover of the century to watch the Anything Goes video at my house with liz, rachel b, and leah. one problem - JESSICA MEYERS slept over my house the same night. the devil, the weirdo, the child that looks like a cocker spaniel. she's friends with my sister, and she slept over. vomit in my mouth. serious. oh well, we had nine stolen bags of cotton candy from Chuck E. Cheese to keep us happy. and believe me, it did.
sunday - my mom made breakfast and the sleepover crew ate it up cept rachel b. i dont know... the scrapple looked damn good to me. went to work at Chuck E. Cheese 11-4, but i stayed until 530 to do an extra party. and thank God i did! who left work with $90 in tips? oh right... that'd be... ME! yess - emily gave me my shirt at work. "Jesus Is My Homeboy" - and i wore it when i went to the movies with SARAH B! i havent seen her since graduation, well besides tuesday when i saw her working... but we went to see the Notebook. and lemme just tell u... the saddest ending to a movie ive ever seen in my life, and it had the audience CRACKING UP! like, i was laughing, too! and i dont even know why... i just couldnt stop laughing. then we went to the pub and i was still sooo giddy and cracking up. there was a family renuion or something at the tables next to us and children were in their pajamas. crazzzzy times!
monday - my first day at work without Brian. hes on vacation this week. work wore me out. i came home, watched TRUE HOLLYWOOD STORY: SAVED BY THE BELL on demand and then went to bed. until...
tuesday - 3 am - my dad woke me up and said he had to go and either i could go with him and he'd let me sleep in the social room or i could stay and my mom would drive me to the bus station in the morning. i said id take the train. but a mixture of sickness and nervousness about taking public transportation by myself led me to stay home. gotta love an off day! yesss - so that's it - im home. at 4, im gonna watch the rerun of the last interview with the cast of friends cuz i missed it when it first aired. and then tonight - i THINK movies with the family.
