Your work with negative space is great, especially in #2, 9, and 10. I love the brightness of #2 so much! I feel that #5 is lovely but would be a bit more effective if the subject were scaled down and the face had a bit more contrast, so it stands apart from the orange background.
Regarding #4, the background is a little busy, IMO. I feel a more empty space would highlight the subject better.
I really enjoy the coloring in #6, but the crop is a bit strange to me so that the face looks very scrunched. I think if it were shifted over so that you see the rest of Julie Bowen's face, it might be a better crop choice though, of course, it would also definitely be more conventional.
#1 has such a great blend and such great color. I totally enjoy that piece!
First of all I wanna say that #9 and #10 own my heart! They are brilliant!
I agree that you should play with contrast more. In #5, #6 and #7, for example. I think that the edges of the subject should've been just a bit blurred in #5. Aaaand #2 is just a bit too green for my taste.
Let's start with the good - coloring in 2 and 9 is amazing. 4 is just perfect, nothing to add. 3 is so funny and cute, good monochrome.
5 has a problem of sharp edges, and too blank of a background - Blurring tool on the edges of the cut out will work wonders, and a slight gradient in the background will levitate this! 6 is a bit dull, doesn't look like the image has been processed in any way :( The crop in 7 is not very interesting, the icon needs either more interesting positioning or more processing and a change of background.
I love your icons. Your use of textures and negative space is amazing. I adore your cropping in 6. (also, that is just an ultra adorable icon in general) Great work!

and would you make House, MD icons? just wondering :)

maybe check the contrast sometimes, like in 1 the guy's white shirt is so white it's almost nonexistent
the cutting around the hair in 5 looks bad, when using a contrasting background the cut needs to be perfect
icon 6 needs sharpening

#2 is cool, except the subject is just a tad too yellow in the face.
I can't tell who the girl in #4 is and the background is too busy, making her blend in.
The person in #5 was just cut out poorly, but that might be fixable by blurring the edges.
Some of your icons could use a bit more contrast as well, such as #3, #5, and #8.

#5 is quite simple, yet lovely. The colouring is just fantastic. All your colouring is beautiful, but it really shows on #5.
#8 seems a bit blurry to me but otherwise okay.
