I feel like doing a cut this time, so I will.
This is for my mom, who wanted an angel picture from me to put on her desk. I can't say no to her, so here it is. It actually evolved from a sketch I had when I worked on Proserpine for Nickey ... I knew I wanted to work with it, but didn't know what I was going to do... I somehow wish I'd done her as Persephone again, but eh... wotevs.

Seriously, after this one, I will do some art of folks NOT looking to our left. Really.
Anyway, it's Elvis. She loves him, so I thought I'd be funny and do a painting of him as an angel, with the gates to Graceland in the background...
Any comments would be nice, if you have them.
I'm thinking of making his halo into a banana slice. What do you think?
In case I didn't mention it, I really want to do a painting in icon style of Hermes as a baby with his mother, Maia, in Madonna and child style. Yeahhhh.
