Life update:
Classes this semester are a little overwhelming. I have days where spend more time on homework than I sometimes did in a week in previous semesters. I'm in my capstone PR class, which requires between 20 and 40 hours of work a week outside of class. Boo.
I just got back from a week in Reno for the American College Theatre Festival (ACTF). It was legit. I competed in the Irene Ryan audition competition with my lovely partner, Kelly Anderson.
Kelly and I outside our room at the Circus Circus, performance ready!
I graduate from WSU in early May. I'll have six internship credits to complete before I actually receive my diploma. Right now, I'm waiting to hear back from the Disneyland College Program, so if everything goes the way I want it to , I'll be moving to Anaheim in mid-August and working there until early January. From there, I'd hope to get a professional internship through Disney and make some business connections in the LA area. If I don't get into the Disney program, I'll start applying for other internships as soon as I know, and I may or may not move back to Port Orchard for a semester or so.
I'm working as an Orientation Counselor again this summer, only this time I'll be working mainly with the parent program. It'll be fun to be in Pullman for the summer to kind of end my time here (wow, that's weird to say...) and the job is enjoyable and pays fairly well. Pullman in the summer is really chill and the weather is gorgeous. Looking forward to it already.
I turn 21 in a little over a month. Yessss!
Corey and I had our 4-month yesterday. I'm ridiculously happy and in love. We listen to country music, drink cheap wine, and watch scary movies together. I want to marry this boy. :)
We're going to Georgia over Spring Break for his step-brother's wedding. I'm really excited :)
And lastly, Kristen and I love Grey's Anatomy.
