Dear Journal,
Slightly bored right now, currently in transit to work on the Bart train. It's slightly annoying how the signal is so weak while in the tunnels so I can't really do much, especially if I didn't bring a book or download a book to read.
It's May already. Geesh. I have to get my apartment ready for Lisa's visit. Need to plan for June when the cue gals visit. Need to bug Naomi about an event that will happen at the end of the month (buying stuff, payment, etc), which I'll find to be the most frustrating part. And on top of that, I want to make progress on figuring out where I want to go next, whether it's transferring to a different department within SFPL or somewhere else.
Yesterday, I was reviewing the departments within SFPL and I was having a hard time seeing myself in any of the other departments and being excited by the prospect. I plan to keep looking of course, but I have a feeling this isn't the place for me. So the challenge is to figure out which places and what kind of job I want, as usual. Ugh, not easy...
My stop is coming up so I'm going to sign off.
