I had followup bloodwork done after my Physical in October last week.. Pretty good especially when you consider I've been eating like crap and the only exercising I've been doing is.. well... ummm.... I get groceries every week and that involves about an hour of walking... oh and I vaccum
Your Total Cholesterol of 168 is DESIRABLE Your LDL of 103 is NEAR OPTIMAL Your HDL of 51 is NORMAL Your Triglyceride level of 70 is NORMAL
RATIOS:
Your Total Cholesterol/HDL ratio is: 3.29 - (preferably under 5.0, ideally under 3.5) IDEAL
Your HDL/LDL ratio is: 0.495 - (preferably over 0.3, ideally over 0.4) IDEAL
Your triglycerides/HDL ratio is: 1.373 - (preferably under 4, ideally under 2) IDEAL
I can't remember the numbers in their entirety from October by I do know that my Total Chlosterol was 200 so just getting in more oatmeal and whole grains has definately helped.
