I really screwed up my sleep schedule last week. I stayed up til the sun came up while I was in Calabasas. Now that I'm back home on my regular schedule, I can't sleep til I see the rising sun. So of course I sleep during the day until like 2pm and its bugging me. I hope I get back on track soon.
Off to watch One Tree Hill.
