1. I was 27 before I admitted to myself that I was gay. Actually, I didn't admit it...my girlfriend at the time told me to "get over it and just be who I are!" She knew I was gay, I knew I was gay, she was the only one who had the common sense to talk about the elephant in the room. I love her with all my heart. She is still my best friend ever.
2. I have been lucky enough to travel the world when I was a ballroom dance teacher. (Europe, Africa, Australia, Mexico, Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, & a lot of the continental US)
3. I have lived in the Southwest, the South, and the Midwest. I am moving back to the southwest, if that tells you anything.
4. I regret not keeping up with an instrument. I have played piano, violin, and guitar (none of them well)
5. I am spirtual...but not really religious.
6. When I met my ex, in 1997, he wanted kids. I didn't say no, I just took him to Disneyworld. Cured him immediately. Good thing, the kid would be 10 or 11 now AND a child of divorce.
