Obama to Appear on the O'Reilly Factor???
When I first saw this, I was a little sickened. It seemed sort of like a decent person going to a convention of child molesters. But the more I thought about it, the more it made sense.
There's a few different groups who might watch Obama on the O'Reilly Factor. There's your typical Fox News watchers, Obama supporters, and independents who are trying to make up their minds.
Assuming Obama does a good job, there's no real downside. The Fox News watchers have already made up their minds and if they can watch a moral human talking with O'Reilly they might change their minds. The other two groups will see a microcosm of the poles of this election and any thinking, moral person should be able to make the right choice about who they should be listening to.
There's no problem with introducing morality to child molesters as long as there's no danger of having them rub off onto you.
