didnt go so well
yesterday's water plan went down the tubes at 1...mona took me to lunch...we shared a very nummy salad and this italian quesadilla thingy...then i had a bite of dark chocolate...then i made the mistake of takin the girls to get food...chicken nuggets french fries and nachos supreme...although i puked most of that up...i also had a skinny cow and some cookies and two slices of lite bread wit butter and choco soy milk.... which is all well and good cept i wanna look like this:
