Rainy Days and Tuesdays..

I should be in class. It's rainy and dreary and just plain icky out. I was going to be late after parking and trudging through pouring rain to get to class, so I just decided to blow it off today. I don't know what's going on with me here lately, I just can't seem to get motivated to do much of any damned thing. I've done some of my reading for class, but didn't get much of the rest of my homework done. I did, however clean house on my four day weekend. I didn't get the house spotless or anything, but I did get alot accomplished. I need to get a shredder to get rid of these stupid credit card applications and related bullshit that keeps piling up and things will look much better around here. I hate to just throw them out in regular garbage for fear that what little credit that I've managed to rebuild will be stolen in identity theft and they just keep coming. I wish I could get them to stop sending them, as I'm sure that shit doesn't help my credit rating any either.

My weekend was peaceful and relaxing for the most part. I slept a great deal of it, proving to myself that it was a good choice to stay home. I've been in a generally foul mood the entire time that I wasn't sleeping, thus FURTHER proving that I needed some time off to rest and recuperate. I guess I'll go to my Pop Culture class at 3:30, so I need to leave here shortly. Hopefully we'll watch more tv today or a movie and I'll have yet another good day in class. I'm supposed to have a date tonight with a new guy. We'll see how that goes... *sigh*
