Slightly busier Saturday.... for me~
I look forward to the weekend. A break from the monotony and dreary working life? Sometimes i tot would it be better if its nicer to be working 2 days, follow by a day off, then 3 days, follow by another day off. Think Mon-Tue, Wed off, Thur-Sat, Sunday off. Hmmmm might take some time getting used to....
Been bumming to Sentosa often enuf for this yr. Once a wk to gawk n tan. Well, i'm really trying but my melantonin is probably mutating.... I dun seem to get tanner anymore. So i spent more time day-dreaming about my skin tone in my 2004 photo which i kept in my wallet. And i'm finding it pretty trying that my grandparents or relatives start commenting "Still in army isit? else y so dark one?", "So black, so chao-dar!" etc etc. "Oh shuddup..." is wat i really want to say but being the nice kid i am, i just have to grin and say i'm just doing more exercising under the sun.
But yeah Saturday.... went tanning with Feng, Bummy n Desmond. Mmmmm there was a couple of candies strutting themselves. Looks yummy.
A film - Capote
- following my tan. Excellent acting - Hoffman's lisping & high-pitched drawl (he sounds like a whiny bitch thru-out the whole show...) and portrayal of Capote's hypocrisy is engaging. But story-wise, not really impressive. Something good from the show, cuz now i got 2 literary classics tat i will wanna borrow from the library. In Cold Blood & To Kill a Mockingbird. Hah!
