Back To School! In Search of Happyness!?
Today's the first "seminar" Positive Psych, kinda reminded me of this quote
"...suffering is unavoidable.
If it is avoidable, the meaningful thing to do is to remove its cause, for unnecessary suffering is masochistic rather than heroic.
If, on the other hand, one cannot change a situation that causes his suffering, he can still choose his attitude"

I'll try to be more positive about things
and a whole lot more involved in sch
Seth kinda asked me to be part of the team working in SIM's Psych student body and since I'm really keen to develop stuff in UniSIM (both for my beneift and the community, *firm believer in altruism* heh still there's some truth in it I hope)
aside from that tryin' to do some volunteer work to help build up my cv... also attending talks and stuff to help build and extend my understanding of the subject
