Sitting at an airport - tired, stressed out - waiting for my flight. This week was in Florida, of course, and it was not a good week. Then I went to Philadelphia to run research. That went pretty well, especially considering that I had very little time to prepare for the sessions and relied almost entirely on someone else to do it. There was a problem or two, but all thongs considered it went well. So now its back home for the weekend and preparation for th LSMSA picnic on Sunday. Then on Monday its back to Florida. And the daily grind.
Well, at least I get the whole weekend. That's about all I can say. I'm beginning to seriously dislike this case, but my job is to keep spirits high, so that's what I'll do. I am the Jury Jester! I guess there is a bit of inconsistency in the name - but you get the idea any way.
Hey, here's some interesting news. One of the respondents last night told Gary that “the moderator kicked ass” in explaining Wi-Fi technology and complicated contract terms. So that's coll, right! She asked in the sessionb if some like me would explain the case to a jury instead of lawyers. I said, “well, my job is to help the lawyers explain it like I do.” I liked that. So, that's good. :Hey, I really am the Jury Jester!
Cheers
