Lyrics

These are stuck in my head. Now you can have them. The first is by Ben Lee, the second by They Might Be Giants. Google will locate song titles if you're curious.

Make a list of things you need
leave it empty
'cept for number one, write "LOVE"
gamble everything.
Keep it under lock and key,
if you wanna, you can
gamble everything for love.

And also:

There were eighty-seven AdvilTM in the bottle now there's thirty left.
I ate forty-seven, so what happened to the other ten?
Why do you sus-
piciously change the
subject and break my
concentration as I
dump the bottle out and I count the AdvilTM up again?

Yes, the songs are just that good. Someone who knows trochees and spondees and dactyls can doubtless remind my poetry-nerd former self of why they are just so darn catchy. Third place goes to the less rhythmic lyrics (but brain shivering chords!) of Imogen Heap's "Hide and Seek".
