(no subject)
Yesterday was the best day of my adult life.
I re-wired all the outlets and the light switch in the bedroom successfully. Most importantly- with no assistance.
I then spent the afternoon doing freelance work for one of my clients. Then we met up and he paid me that night. So, I did some minor electrical work which made me feel useful and then I worked and made some cash which its been a couple weeks for that. It was the first time I felt like I could be on my own and get by. Theyre probably stupid reasons and sound insignificant, but it was pretty awesome.
Then we went to the new bowling alley the mall which is one of the coolest places ever. Its a bar-bowling alley-restaurant-arcade and it was so fun.
So, I was able to- in a way- support myself and the whole electrical thing was cool because Im always going on about how dumb I am, but for once it was like Ok, I can surprise myself occasionally with some brain cells. And then have a night out and have a good time. I invited my brother and Amanda with us and we all drank and had a blast and I now feel the need to celebrate 11/22. :)
