To be on the safe side, you need to have all the EPs up to Mansion & Gardens {cause I have no idea what's needed for this house}. I've got two versions this time. One that's FULL of CC. I mean tons of it. You're even getting my painting recolors of the Gro's. The other version I uploaded has CC, but its only the steps, recolors of the steps, walls, and floors. I think the garden plot is in there, so I would really, really suggest using clean-installer.
