So, all-in-all I've had an extremely, fantastically geeky weekend with the hubby. And I loved every minute of it!
Got the beta for the new MMO Aion. I'm not a big PC gamer - especially when it comes to playing with people I don't know, but it looked pretty, so I thought I'd try it out. Played ALL weekend and loved it. Its beautiful! I think if Chris gets it - I may too. :) Cause this weekend we played and leveled together, and I had so much fun! I think he got a little annoyed at times cause I'm not really used to playing MMO's, but he wouldn't have continued if he didn't want to. I can't even remember when I played WoW last, prolly 4 years ago if not more. I'll see if I can post pics tomorrow while I'm at work of my cute little character. Unfortunately the beta was only this weekend and she disappears after tomorrow. :(
If you have not seen the webisode series
The Guild {starring the amazing Felicia Day}, then go watch it! Season 3 starts the 25th and I can't WAIT! In the mean time, they released a music video to a song called "Do You Want to Date My Avatar?" on the XBox360 {available on the web tomorrow, I believe}. It is the BEST THING I'VE EVER SEEN EVER!!! :D I HAVE TO OWN THE MP3!!
I picked Dead Rising back up and played through it to get the Zombie Genocider Achievement {for the FOURTH time - stupid robbers} so I can get the Mega Blaster, which is the best weapon in the game and makes everything so much better. Plus, I was level 1 when I started the game and that is just not good.
And speaking of Dead-o Rising, this will NEVER, EVER get old:

And even though the version of the game this was made to promote was SHIT {see my review
here}, this video was awesome:

I also did a little girlie stuff. Watched Bride Wars and He's Just Not That Into You, and then I remembered how much I HATE chick flicks. God they were awful! Yes, they had some funny momments - they are comedies, but the ONLY thing I enjoyed about either movie was Ginnfer Goodwin and Justin Long's section of "He's Just Not That Into You". These movies don't make sense, they're so shallow and just plain...stupid. And the thing at end of Bride Wars where they both "aren't drinking" made me want to hurl my controller through the TV. Just...ARG! Stupid, vapid, pointless goop!
