am totally stupid
Apparently it was the software that was making it so I couldn't access the internet. I went out and bought a new router today. Lyksys, which is a nice brand. So, right now I'm sitting down on my comphy couch in the living room, watching an OnDemand movie, surfing the net on my laptop. *beams* Love this. Now I can be social with my parents while ignoring them at the same time. Wee!
Got a postcard from violet_quill today. She totally rocks! Am totally envious of her trip to Witching Hour. Just wanted to send out a huge thanks.

Today was a little better. Sandi was a little bitchy, but I'm figuring its stress. She's in charge of the fall festival that's going on tomorrow at the school. She's in full panic mode and she's taking it out on me because I'm the assistant. Just an update, Mia did NOT have chicken pox, but did have a viral thingy. I'm sure you were all concerned. *laughs* All two of my readers.
Downloaded the first two episodes of Lost and I can't wait to watch them. Everyone says how good the series is, so I'm excited.
