It was stressful, but I made it without completely dieing. Thursday I took my online test (which I just found out I got a 25 out of 25 on it!) and finished up my packing. My parents and brother drove down and got to Orlando at around 9 that night. The next morning was painting. Jamie, Chris, Mom, Dad, my brother Patrick, Jamie's dad, and I painted the entire place white and it looks very good. Jenni got to my apartment at around 11 so we ate lunch and left for West Palm at around 3:30.
1-4 was a pain, and as soon as we got on the turnpike it started pouring down rain and I couldn't even see past my car. Luckily it didn't rain very long and we made it to the stadium at 6pm, an hour and a half ahead of schedule. I'm glad it was that instead of having to rush. Unfortunately it was outside so the sun at 6 was hot and bright. Stupid ampitheater. Remind me *never* to go to an outdoor concert again in Florida. I did it with Aerosmith at this same place before, but this was much worse. I was hot, sticky, and gross.
I think Jenni had a good time, which I was happy about. We enjoyed making fun of all the little 13 year olds that dress like whores, and all the people who are fatter than us and the slutty things they were wearing. It was great...until a group of those 13 year olds stood up on their chairs and we couldn't see diddly-squat unless we stood on our chairs (which were not very stable, I must add). Though, the best part was the two girls next to us. They each had their homemade shirts on that said "Number 1 Brian Fan" and "Number 1 Kevin Fan" respectively. They too were up on the chairs. The funny thing about them was that through the whole concert they had one arm extended forward reaching out to the stage. Um...they can't see you. I promise...idiots. The really sad part of it was the fact that they were over 21 because they had had a couple drinks before the concert had started. *rolls eyes* really...
OH! I forgot to mention my favorite opening act! I have no idea what her name was, but Jenni remembered that she had said something about her album and she called herself "the original instigator". She was so....eh! I think she was around 14 years old and she was from texas. It was like Britney all over again. *groans*
The concert was over at 10:30, it took 30 minutes to find the car in the dirt parking lot, and another 30 minutes to get out of the parking lot. We made it safely back in Orlando at around 3am and we passed out at Chris' place. I got up early, went to my apartment and helped move all my stuff into the Uhaul my dad rented. That done, Jenni, Chris, Bobby, Patrick, and I went to the Ale House so I could get some cheese fries. Then, Jenni had to leave.
I finished my paper today and submitted it. Now, all I have to do is revise that, write another 2 page paper, take 2 of my other papers and extend them to 4 pages, then write another 4 page paper (this one on Dorian Gray, and take my last exam. I'm almost done! woot!
In other news, Bobby said that it would be alright with him (but I want to talk to Patrick as well to make sure) if I move in with them for the months after I leave my house and before I move in with Chris. Its cheaper rent for them, I would probably hardly be there anyway, and I wouldn't be too much of a burder because they have an extra room. That way I'll have a place to live so I can get a job so I can afford living in an apartment with Chris. I do have the money in my CD, but my dad wants me to have a bit more before I actually move onto my own. Understandable, but I just can't live with my parents again for a year. That would be too much. I love them to death, but I know we are going to get sick of each other after a while.
Like my new theme? I'm having fun with PSP9, so I figured why not change it again? *shrugs*
