1. The shift in focus in my life from myself to someone who I love and is dependent on me.
2. Atlantia is much more parent friendly, and substantially less party friendly. The also interact heavily with outsider groups like Dagohir & Marching Through Time. The net impact is that I end up feeling that my current Kingdom's culture is less fun, and more judgmental than the West Kingdom. I strive to be fun and non-judgmental, as I would like to exemplify what I would like to see.
3. A little bit of everything. At this point, I'm a certified free agent (the only chain I ever held was landed Baron, and I handed that back when my family situation became dire). For hard Science, I weave and brew. For arts, I dance, and scrounge, and barter. I've been known to shoot archery, fence, armor, sew, and generally try my hand at anything that arises. I'm adverse to formal service, as I've seen many worthy service scadians voluntell people, or volunexclude new folks who want to help (or just generally try to control others when they shouldn't). That said, I'm currently an Exchequer for University of Atlantia, and a marshal of Atlantia.
4. I work hard as an Enterprise Architect. I also enjoy going to Folk music concerts and Contra Dancing. I spend a lot of time raising my son, or dating my Girlfriend. I'm also an avid casaul computer games player (Kongregate rocks!)
5. We met just before my Divorce (or during)... probably at a War or Mist warfighting event. All of those mist events are kinda foggy in my mind. You were new to the SCA, but clearly on the party path. I know we sat at several tables and drank together with your posse in 2005.
