...did people who were already watching in season 4 make the connection back to Yellow Fever by the time Heaven and Hell aired? You know, that the reason for Dean getting infected with the Ghost sicknes was him torturing souls in Hell, and NOT that he was “a dick”?

I know it didn’t click with me until I rewatched Yellow Fever, and for me there was probably only a few days between watching the episodes the first time around…
