Culinary Symposium 2011 was a blast!!! My class, "English Pies & Tarts", went really well. We were busy the full 2 hours, & I think people learned something new and got new ideas for ways to use & serve pies in their future culinary endeavours. I loved being up in the mountains with cliffs & trees towering over me again - ghod, I miss that from Juneau. Got to be in a room with several of my favourite people in the world together that I normally don't get to see all at once: Liz, Morwyn, Alys Katherine, Annora - all geeking on food & food art. I left inspired for my one true artistic passion in the SCA. :-)
