MY VERY FIRST POST FROM AMSTERDAM *touches it*
i'm so tired and still sorta hungry, but i'm also just plain pumped about being here. My room is nothing special - a tiny ass kitchen, two desks, two beds, a big closet, and a bathroom. I've walked around town, one of the workers here took us to a grocery store&shopping area. The area of town we're in is about 2 miles from Central Station, and it's so nice. Really quaint, old buildings and some new funky ones too. I really like it so far.
My flight was alright. Even though I accidentally walked the wrong way out of security and the lady made me go through security again even though I had only walked like... a foot. But the plane: I had the exit row window seat, so it was a little cold but a lot of leg room. The guy next to me was also chill so that was good. He was watching Sunny Cab Co. for awhile and I was just like LMFAO SERIOUSLY?? anyway.
The Amsterdam airport is so huge, I almost couldn't find where I had to go for the taxi. But I did, and after an hour of waiting we finally got on the taxi - only for the guy to take us to the wrong place. We had to wait another hour and a half for him to come back to get us (it was me and 5 other people this whole time). Then we got to the apartment, I got my room etc, set up internet, went shopping, and now I am here.
So yeah. I have some pics of my room but my head feels funny and I'm just so ...not really tired but too lazy to do anything. Yeah.
